Jobs in Mind offer several innovative programmes to help people with mental health problems gain and retain employment in mainstream settings.
Our programmes include:
- NW1 Project - for young people aged 16-25
- Job Retention Programme - for those currently in work
- Vocational Services - for people seeking to return to work
- GP Based Services - for people with common mental health problems
- Job Club - advice and resources for job seekers
- Personal Development - to increase assertiveness, confidence and interpersonal skills
- Individual Placement Support Services - a pilot project focussing on rapid job search while providing ongoing support in choosing, getting and keeping employment.
All our services provide advice on disability discrimination, disclosure, welfare rights and criminal record checks.
